You can't find those kind of answers here,no matter how many times you post the question. This forum is for relationships, information, etc that a regular person would know. Not a nuclear physicist.

It works better if you answer #2 first.  

Stick your finger in a pipe and get the friction going.  (#2)  Then wait for a discharge (#1).
