nurses deployed, all are registered nurses. Based on some reports from the quality department

that nurses fail to give medications on time and the main reason is because of the high number

of patients admitted having a daily average of 25.

How would you integrate leadership and management in order to ensure the quality nursing

care?

I would just make sure management are on a power trip and play favourites with staff members. I think that's how it is usually done.
