can someone solve this credit creation process for me,15% Liquidity Reserve Ratio from total deposit of K120,000?

If you are trying to find out what 15% of 120,000, multiply 120,000 by .15.

When you see a number expressed as a percentage, simply move the decimal place two places to the left to get the decimal equivalent.

28% = .28;   84% = .84;    12% = .12;     47.5% = .475
