I used to have a Tracfone burner phone. I wasn't part of any plan. When I needed minutes I just purchased a card from the supermarket and used it until it ran out.
Evidently that is no longer available.
I have my old Tracfone. However now I have to sign up for a $15/m plan to use my $10 data card. Not fair if you ask me.
So what are my options? Is there another company that will sell me data only without minutes? I can use Wifi and a Google Voice telephone number so I can talk for free. I I only need the data to check my mail and go online when Wifi isn't available.
What are your suggestions?
