I messed around and discovered after uninstalling Microsofts latest update that the issue is Chrome, not Microsoft update. I can get into PP's on Microsoft edge but not Google Chrome. It is too late for me to study and edit my answers so next week, I will use Edge!

I ended up uninstalling Chrome and reinstalling it and it helped. Because of all my security AKA 2nd step verification, I had to enter codes to sign into many accounts. I just didn't have time to study but that is fine.
