Does cross training really help a person to improve by leaps and bounds?

+1 vote

Cross training in different types of sports really do help any particular athlete to improve by a very huge margin, as by training in various different sporting activities themselves, an athlete is able to gain all of the benefits and advantages that each individual unique sport has to offer to him/ her.

Just by concentrating on training in only one type of sport exclusively means that an athlete is not able to reap the benefits and advantages of training in another different type of sport.

The more cross-trained that an athlete is, the more well-developed and the more well-rounded he/ she will become eventually.

Just do it - Nike.

It's great for cardio and working different areas of your body quickly but intensely.

Some people just need a high five.
