Generally speaking, the primary reason why any worker or employee wants to resign or quit any job that they are working in is because they are feeling unhappy, dissatisfied, unfulfilled at working in any particular company or business.
In other words, people stop working in any company or business if they feel that they are not suitable for their jobs, not getting their career expectations and needs met, and they are experiencing negative emotions (e.g. anger, frustration, depression, stress, pressure, anxiety, etc) when they are working in a company/ business environment.
Happy, satisfied and fulfilled workers and employees will usually stay behind and continue working for a company/ business and not feel any desire to want to leave their current employer for another employer/ company/ business.
Every person who leaves a job is because they either dislike or hate their jobs.
No one will ever leave a job because they like it or love it too much!
A company/ business with a very high rate of employee turnover means that a lot of their staff are probably feeling very disgruntled about their workplace.
Therefore, a company/ business with a very high rate of employee turnover is usually a bad place to work in, as the company/ business is not making a concerted effort to taking good care of the welfare of their employees very well.
